Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) - Generalist

Job Summary/Purpose

Delta Utilities is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) - Generalist to serve as a strategic partner to Delta Utilities’ human resources team, providing expert advice and support in all areas of human resources.

The HRBP Generalist will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business goals, managing full-cycle recruitment for light industrial and/or operational positions, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws, addressing employee relations and disciplinary matters, and coaching leaders to foster a high-performance culture. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about employee development and organizational success.
