Pallet Sorter

Description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Material Handling associate, who will cross training in our banding line area, to join our production team. This role is essential to maintaining an organized workflow by managing our pallet staging area and supporting banding line operations as needed.

- Organize and maintain the pallet staging area to ensure safe and efficient material flow

- Build, sort, and stage pallets for production and shipment

- Assist with banding line operations when staging tasks are complete

- Safely handle materials while maintaining a clean and orderly work environment

- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals

Requirements

- Ability to lift and move materials weighing 50–75 lbs

- Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

- Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented

- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling preferred—but not required
