Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential painting and possess the ability to restore and build various surfaces. This role requires proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized painting equipment. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities
•
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching as necessary.
•
Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and airless paint spraying equipment.
•
Restore and build structures as needed, ensuring all work meets quality standards.
•
Perform drywall installation and finishing tasks to prepare surfaces for painting.
•
Execute trim carpentry tasks to enhance the aesthetic appeal of painted areas.
•
Finish concrete surfaces as required for various projects.
•
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored after use.
•
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols.
Experience
•
Proven experience in residential painting with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
•
Familiarity with drywall installation and finishing techniques is preferred.
•
Experience with hand tools, power tools, and airless paint spraying equipment is essential.
•
Knowledge of trim carpentry and concrete finishing will be considered an asset.
•
Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality workmanship consistently.
•
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
