Painter and Maintenance Technician

Our team is in need of a full-time Painter and Maintenance Technician to join us. The candidate will be responsible for rehabbing and painting single and multi-family dwellings with team members. Most of our work focuses on interiors of units after residents move out and before new renters move in. However, we are occasionally in need of exterior painting work, which may require working safely at heights. We're looking for experienced Painters who understand the industry best practices and apply them to every aspect of their work. We offer competitive compensation based on experience, and some benefits after a probationary period. We provide a company vehicle during the work day, so a valid driver's license and good driving record are required. Also required are necessary tools and materials. A company telephone is also provided.
