The Owner Relations Analyst is responsible for communicating with Working Interest Partners and Royalty Owners to ensure accurate, timely and efficient information dissemination and issue resolution. We are uncompromising in the pursuit of excellence and this role is the first point of contact for Partners and Royalty Owners and must make a great impression! - The successful candidate will work in the Land Department performing various administrative and land tasks.
- The individual will work closely with other Land Department staff, Accounting Department as well as technical staff to ensure that the Company's responsibilities to royalty owners are met. These duties include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining the Company's land records in an organized manner
- Maintaining owner's information (address, TIN, email, etc.) in our systems
- Mailing change of address forms
- Working with the Accounting Department to create new owners and process address changes.
- Maintain positive relationship with owners and Working Interest Partners
- Assist with inputting relevant owner information into ODA and HubSpot
- Support Land staff with day-to-day duties, as needed
- Assist with clerical functions, as directed
- Organizational skill and attention to detail
