BJE Industrial Supply Inc. is currently looking for a qualified and motivated individual to fill the position of Industrial Outside Technical Sales Representative in Edmonton, AB. The successful candidate will call onB2B accounts and prospects in promoting Fluid Seals, Medium and High Pressure & Tube Fittings, MRO and safety related products and services; through a consultative approach in providing solutions to customer needs.
- Develop, Manage and Support new business as well as maintain and maximizing existing accounts. Grow strategic relationships with customers to identify and leverage the customers business goals and growth strategies
- Work with management to develop sales strategies and new business opportunities
- Attend training and sales meetings as required
- Adhere to company sales and pricing guidelines
- Preference will be given to individuals that show mechanical aptitude and have experience in industrial type sales
- Be solution oriented, analytical, and a problem solver; with good organization skills
- Ability to utilize technology to source and find components and information
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be able to build relationships with inside sales force
- Proven ability to interact in a team environment while being self motivated to carry out role independently
- Ability to go out of town for sales trips as required
