Essential Job Summary:

As an Outside Sales Representative for Central New Jersey, you will play a crucial role in acquiring and retaining customers. Your primary responsibility will be to build, nurture, and expand your portfolio of accounts. In this role, securing new contracts, renewing existing ones, and account management stand as pivotal priorities. With lucrative commission potential, we seek individuals driven to excel in cultivating and sustaining long-term customer relationships while driving business growth.

IWS’s base pay actually offered takes into account a range of factors including, but not limited to, internal equity, the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Commision: This role is commision eligible as part of the compensation package.

Salary Range Minimum

USD $55,000.00/Yr.

Salary Range Maximum

USD $65,000.00/Yr.
