Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients in a designated territory. Your primary focus will be on lead generation, account management, and delivering exceptional customer service to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze market trends to maximize opportunities.
Responsibilities
•Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve territory sales targets.
•Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
•Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
•Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and addressing client needs.
•Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
•Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using software tools.
•Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to your territory.
•Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients.
Requirements
•Proven experience in outside sales or territory management, preferably in a B2B environment.
•Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
•Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and identify growth opportunities.
•Proficiency in using software for CRM, lead generation, and account management purposes.
•Ability to conduct engaging product demos that effectively communicate value propositions.
•Previous experience in retail sales is a plus but not mandatory.
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
•Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently in the field.
