Role Description:

We’re looking for dynamic Sales Specialists who will Identify and qualify leads in key industries (manufacturing, residential properties, nonprofit) through outbound calls, in person meetings, building relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, connect with decision-makers and help them understand the value of our service, own the sales cycle, maintain clear communication throughout the sales process and close deals that drive real refunds and real results.

Training:

We will provide training and assist with leads.

Pay structure:

$3,500 Bonus after 6 months proven results.

High commission pay with weekly draw for the first six months based on results.

Earnings potential: $125k annually at 15 months.

Qualifications:

B2B Sales and New Business Development skills.

Relationship Building and Customer Service abilities.

Strong Communication skills.

Experience in sales or customer-facing roles.

Knowledge of the utility industry is a plus.
