FlexTG is seeking an Outside Sales Representative who will be dedicated to ensuring long-lasting customer relationships. We are looking for hungry sales minded individuals to come learn from a top-producing, successful sales team.

Our Sales Team is responsible to drive new business, manage existing accounts, and build a territory. You will market full line of award-winning imaging products, software solutions, and professional services to current customers/targeted accounts and have a focus to growing our market share with new business development. This role starts at $50,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions /Benefits (OTE first year $90-100K) or more for high-achievers.

In the role you will:

- Attain Assigned Sales Targets

- Focus on New Business Development and pursue the best opportunities within designated territory

- Be a true solution provider and trusted adviser to business clients

- Use technology tools to manage your accounts (CRM)

- Use consultative sales skills to identify customer opportunities that lead to a value-driven solution

- Prepare and present effective presentations to decision makers and company stakeholders

- Collaborate with team members in Sales and all departments to foster a culture of open communication and world-class service

Qualifications Include:

- An Associates or Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience

- At least 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license issued in your state of residence and a clean driving history

- 2+ years prior sales development lead generation experience preferred

- Must be a self-starter, goal-oriented, with a growth-mindset

- Strong communication skills - written and verbal to present to the C-suite level decision makers
