What You'll Do:

As an Outbound Sales Associate, you will:

- Engage with Prospective Clients: Use company-provided leads to initiate outbound calls, educate potential customers about solar energy, and set qualified appointments for our Solar Sales Specialists.

- Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with teammates to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

- Leverage Technology: Update customer information in our CRM system and use tools provided to streamline communication.

- Grow Your Skills: Attend weekly sales meetings and take advantage of training to continuously improve your approach and performance.
