Inside Sales Associate

Custom Valve Repair is a service driven company that focuses on providing industry leaving valve services to our customers, new and existing.The industries we serve range from Marcellus and Utica gas industries, power generation, steel and paper production, as well as chemical and refining.

Job Description:

- Fast paced, competitive environment

- Responsible for providing a variety of services, solutions and information in a manner that builds trust, confidence, and long term business

Responsibilities

- Support of outside sales team

- Professional and timely correspondence with both customers and vendors

- Cultivate solutions to meet customer needs

- Logging/Documentation of ongoing repairs

- Working closely with outside sales to plan and estimate repairs

- Provide technical support for customers, including but not limited to

- Preparing quotations

- Promoting solutions and services

- Processing orders

- Arranging deliveries and services

- Ensure all inquiries are addressed completely and all transactions necessary to support the quote and order fulfillment process meet customer expectations.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree, business or technical, preferred

- Superior written and oral communication skills

- Work well in a team setting as well as independently

- Experience preferred

- Must have the ability to mulit-task

Requirements:

- Valid Driver’s License

- Pre-employment DOT Physical and Drug Screening

- Background check

Compensation:

- Competitive compensation / benefits

- Salary based upon experience

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
