About the Opportunity

VITL Power is expanding in the Pittsburgh market and seeking motivated, high-energy Outside Appointment Coordinators to help homeowners take the first step toward energy independence.

In this role, you’ll be the face of the company, generating appointments for our solar consultants through door-to-door canvassing, digital marketing, and in-store outreach at our retail partner locations.

What You’ll Do

- Generate qualified solar appointments for our in-home sales consultants.

- Engage with homeowners through door-to-door conversations, social media marketing, and retail events.

- Educate customers about solar savings programs and schedule their consultations.

- Track all appointments and results using company tools and apps.

- Work closely with your local sales team to help drive community growth and awareness.

- Attend weekly team meetings for training, updates, and recognition.

What You’ll Earn

- Average commission per deal: $2,500 (paid when a sale closes).

- 100% commission-based – your income potential is uncapped.

- Top coordinators consistently earn $4,000–$10,000+ per month.
