As an Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Specialist, you will lead the planning, development, delivery, and sustainment of people strategies to support business goals. Your goal will be to work closely with leaders and project teams to design and deliver solutions that improve processes, enhance the employee experience, and strengthen business performance. - Diagnose organizational challenges and translate insights into actionable strategies, balancing short-term realities with long-term goals
- Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, serving as a strategic advisor and thought partner on organizational priorities and people strategies
- Collaborate across business areas sand teams to enable transformation, leading initiatives such as stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, capability-building programs, and communication strategies that drive adoption and sustainability
- Act as an internal consultant to senior leaders, helping to shaping people strategies that address business challenges and future needs
- Ability to think strategically and apply business acumen to design people strategies that drive business performance
- Knowledge of organizational development and design, including principles, processes, and methodologies
- Ability to integrate change enablement into broader initiatives including stakeholder engagement, impact analysis communications strategies to drive adoption and sustainability
- Strong analytical and communication skills to assess structures, recommend solutions, and present effectively to senior leaders
- Proficiency in navigating ambiguity, prioritizing and executing tasks in high-pressure environments to ensure successful outcomes despite uncertainty
- Collaborative mindset: a self-starter who values working in a collaborative team-based environment
- 5 to 10 years of experience in leading the design, delivery and sustainment of people strategies to support organizational goals
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Adult Education, Organizational Development or equivalent experience
