What You'll Do:
•Data entry, and a lot of it! Create work orders & service tickets. Organize schedules & routes. Post completed routes.
•Frequently working in Microsoft Excel with spreadsheets & pivot tables.
•Answering calls & emails; notifying clients of upcoming services.
•Summarizing & distributing route notes to Account Reps & Managers.
•Invoicing clients, processing payments, & handling past due accounts.
•Entering receipts & invoices in QuickBooks.
•Working closely with the Office Manager and other managers.
•Performing other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
•Exceptional data entry skills. Attention to detail & fast typing speed are essential (min 65 WPM).
•Very comfortable & fluid at a PC. You'll be navigating between BossLM (an industry software), Quickbooks, Excel, & Outlook. Proficiency in these programs is a must, except BossLM, although learning & working in it is essential.
•Excellent communication skills and an amiable personality that comes through on the phone, in writing, and face-to-face.
•Able to manage time and handle interruptions.
•Great spatial reasoning skills; able to solve problems.
Shift will be Monday through Friday. Health insurance available after 60 days, IRA after 90 days, & PTO after 180 days.
