The primary purpose of this position is to complete tasks that will ultimately deliver a positive customer experience. This role requires regular communication with the assigned service centers to ensure support/administrative tasks are being handled and that permitting is being completed successfully for service locations. Additionally, a large focus is placed on supporting any task needed to have accounts installed in a timely manner and support the growth of the Blue Rhino Business. Tracking and documenting are key to the success of this position. Typically requires a high school diploma, 3+ years of customer service, and 1+ years of sales support experience.* 401 (K) with generous company match
•Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
•Manages the installation process and handing customer interactions within the installation process, with a goal of moving customers through within 30 days.
•Supports permitting needs for new customer accounts and accounts in need of maintenance.
•Responds to Maintenance Center requests for assigned areas to ensure customer needs are met.
•Investigates any reported billing errors.
•Assists with inventory data input for production plant and tank exchange yards (where applicable).
•Helps to increase customer base by supporting outbound sales projects.
•Works in a fast-paced environment with the potential need to work throughout holiday and peak times, depending on business needs.
•Demonstrates high levels of reliability and integrity.
•Works closely in collaboration with Service Center leadership team.
•Meets minimum productivity and quality standards.
•Supports Accounts Payable tasks for service centers, including driver proxy cards where applicable.
•Completes additional tasks requested by management.
•High school diploma required.
•3+ years of customer service experience.
•Compliance and permitting experience, preferred.
•Advanced computer skills.
•Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.
•Demonstrated ability to manage heavy workloads on a consistent basis.
•High degree of customer focus.
•The drive to support the needs of the growth of the business.
•Must be proactive and take initiative.
•Must be detail oriented with the ability to take projects/tasks through to completion.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
•Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.
