Operations Supervisor

Our Babbitt Department is looking for a candidate who can help lead the team. They will be set up to succeed in managing the inbound/outbound, production quality and inventory. In time, they will learn what makes this non-ferrous/melt operation successful and oversee the entire operation.

Education and/or Experience:

Associates Degree in Math, Chemistry, Statistics or related analytical field. Additional education or work experience is preferred. Position is in a heavy manufacturing environment and requires frequent movement throughout the facility, in all weather conditions. Successful candidates will be hands-on with equipment and operations. Excellent open communication style is required to carry out responsibilities with all levels of employees. Travel less than 10%, however, must have valid driver’s license
