Large and high-growth Environmental Services/Construction Company is looking for a full time Operations Supervisor in our New Haven CT location. The position will encompass various task and will work closely with company management.
Responsibilities:
•Managing daily operations of regional branch
•Organize next day scheduling and dispatching appropriate personnel and equipment as per schedule requests
•Notify field staff of the following days work to be completed
•Communicate with clients on their upcoming needs and request
•Communicate with our other offices of equipment and personnel needs for future work while ensuring compliance
•Perform timely data entry into companies operations and ERP systems along with tracking of applicable field paperwork all while maintaining accuracy
•Responsible for managing paperwork flow and delivering timely/accurate information from the field to the administrative team.
•Ensure driver maintenance – including Duty Status, DVIR’s, etc.
•Maintain inventory control of operational supplies and equipment
Qualifications:
•3-5 years of working experience in the construction/environmental industry
•2 year of management experience
•Strong knowledge of computer systems, particularly utilizing databases and Microsoft office
•Excellent organization, planning, scheduling and multi-tasking skills.
•Knowledge of, and/or willing to learn, preparation of shipping documents, JSA’s and work orders
This position requires duties after hours and on weekends as needed.
