Acting as the command center for all field operations, this role requires a strategic thinker with strong delegation skills and an "air traffic control mindset" to manage multiple moving parts efficiently.
Our Operations Manager will play a vital role in the ownership of key project boards, trackers, and scheduling tools, ensuring smooth coordination between team members and clients. Our next-generation leader is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in optimizing systems and processes, with a patient and analytical approach to data.
What You'll Do
•Own and manage project boards and trackers for all ongoing and upcoming projects.
•Generate weekly rollup reports summarizing project progress.
•Oversee the ticket tracking system to monitor and resolve issues.
•Optimize and refine software tools to track project progress efficiently.
•Oversee installations and upcoming project requirements.
•Consolidate daily reports from field teams into weekly summaries for leadership.
•Manage the deployment calendar and scheduling tools, ensuring assignments and timelines are clear.
•Develop and maintain a “to-do list” system to structure daily operations.
•Monitor and adhere to weekly workflows.
•Own and manage the communication flow between teams to ensure closed communication loops.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for site teams, ensuring professional and timely communication.
Who You Are
•Expert in Excel for data tracking and reporting
•2-3 years of experience in project management, data analysis, logistics, or a related field.
•Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Teams) and project scheduling tools.
•Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to delegate tasks effectively.
•Adaptability to shifting priorities and project demands.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with field personnel and clients professionally.
•Background in data analytics, logistics, or project coordination.
•Experience improving existing systems and processes in a fast-paced environment.
•Ability to read construction drawings and schedules (preferred but not required).
