Responsibilities

Manage and supervise day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.

Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.

•

Engage in strategic planning to align operational activities with business objectives and market demands.

•

Oversee profit loss management by analyzing financial reports and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Coordinate project management activities to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.

•

Experience

•

Proven experience in an operations management role or similar capacity, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.

•

Experience with strategic planning, project management, sales, and business development is highly desirable.

•

Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and build relationships across various levels of the organization.

•

A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving operational excellence while maintaining high standards of quality.

•

4+ years of experience in the plumbing field.

•

Experience with drain cleaners, hydro-jetting, and propress equipment.
