Operations Manager

A leading company in the electricity and renewable energy sector is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented Operations Manager to lead and coordinate the operational activities of our projects and overall operations. This position is responsible for ensuring that works are executed within established deadlines, budgets, and quality standards, optimizing resources and managing both the technical and administrative teams.

Main responsibilities:

· Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of projects.

· Lead the team of engineers, supervisors, technicians, and contractors.

· Monitor compliance with schedules, budgets, and safety standards.

· Manage the procurement and control of materials and machinery.

· Oversee collection processes.

· Develop strategies to optimize processes and increase profitability.

· Maintain communication with clients, suppliers, and authorities.

Requirements:

· Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred.

· 5-10 years’ experience in supervisory or management roles in construction or similar fields.

· Knowledge of project management, budgets, and bidding processes.

· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

· Experience with management software and planning tools.

· Bilingual.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
