Operations Manager – Field Services North Carolina Signing Program, LLC – Raleigh, NC A subsidiary of Lonestar Logos

North Carolina Signing Program, LLC, a subsidiary of Lonestar Logos, is NCDOT’s designated contractor for the Statewide Specific Service Guide Sign (LOGO) Program. We are responsible for the maintenance and management of over 6,000 LOGO signs on North Carolina highways. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all field operations related to road sign invetoring, maintenance, and new LOGO sign installations statewide.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Lead statewide operations for over 6,000 LOGO signs under the NCDOT program

•

Manage four internal sign crews and subcontractors

•

Oversee sign maintenance, repainting, and new sign installations

•

Ensure work meets NCDOT standards and program deadlines

•

Plan and assign field schedules, equipment, and material needs

•

Enforce safety protocols and ensure high-quality workmanship

•

Collaborate with internal teams and NCDOT representatives as needed

Requirements:

•

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in road sign maintenance and installation

•

Proven ability to manage field crews and subcontracted labor

•

Familiarity with NCDOT or DOT work zone and sign specifications

•

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

•

Valid driver’s license required (CDL preferred)

•

Willingness to travel statewide as needed
