Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the South Central Texas branch, coordinate with project managers to ensure all jobs are completed on time and within budget.

• Manage material orders and coordinate labor crews on each project.

• Ensure all operations align with Pilot Roofing’s standards for quality, customer satisfaction, and timeliness.

• Use and manage our CRM to track project progress, update job notes, assign tasks, and streamline communication.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in roofing sales and/or operations management.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and industry standards.
