What you'll do...

We are seeking an Operations Management Trainee to join our dynamic team in Guelph, ON. This role is pivotal in supporting our mission of sustainable growth through excellent service and innovative practices. As an Operations Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience that will prepare you for a successful career in the recycling industry.

Job Description

- Assist in various functions to support operational efficiency and drive productivity

- Learn from operational leader to understand the business needs and expectations.

- Drive company incentives and projects.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a supervisor or team lead is an asset

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Interest in the recycling or metals industry.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
