Empire Solar is seeking an Operations Professional to assist in our fast pace department. The Operations Department's main goal is to streamline customers from the point of sale all the way to permission to operate their systems as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our department primarily focuses on permitting, inspections, and interconnections for all customers within the company.
Job duties will include but are not limited to:
- Preparing applications accurately and efficiently
- Learning how to review PV engineering plans and request changes as needed
- Reviewing installation photos to ensure all details are captured
- Contacting both customers and local municipalities to schedule final building inspections
- Assistanting all other departments of the company as needed
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Eagerness and willingness to learn all aspects of the solar industry
- Strong problem-solving skills and works well in a fast-paced environment
- CAD experience would be a huge plus but not required!
