They need someone who can bring operational excellence to creative chaos—managing schedules, coordinating meetings, tracking deliverables, and making sure important details don't get lost in the innovation sprint.

This role is all about enabling leadership to focus on what they do best. You'll handle travel coordination, calendar management, and project tracking while being part of building something that matters. We need someone who takes pride in being the reason things run smoothly and who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Your Day-to-Day

•

Master complex calendar management across time zones and priorities

•

Turn meeting notes into tracked action items that actually get done

•

Coordinate travel arrangements for everything from conferences to field sites

•

Keep projects on track with friendly (but persistent) follow-ups

•

Manage communications to protect focus time while keeping people connected

•

Be the organizational memory when everyone else is thinking ahead

•

Jump into new challenges as they arise—flexibility is key
