As a Senior Operations Specialist, you’ll be part of a dynamic team, reporting into the Senior Operations Team Leader. Your role will be critical in ensuring accurate billing, resolving issues, and delivering best-in-class customer service. You’ll also collaborate with vendors, manage key processes, and contribute to continuous operational improvements.
· Experience & Expertise – 2+ years in utility bill management, operations, customer support, or a related field.
· Tech-Savvy – Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Outlook, and Mac systems
· Communication with solid commitment to customer service – Strong written and verbal skills to engage with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
· Problem-Solver – Ability to analyze issues, think critically, and propose effective solutions.
· Detail-Oriented – A sharp eye for accuracy and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Team Player – Ability to work collaboratively within a structured team, reporting into the Senior Operations Team Leader.
· Self-Starter – Highly organized, adaptable, and able to work independently without a rigid structure.
