We are hiring a hands-on Field Supervisor to lead waste and environmental service projects from planning through execution.
You’ll be responsible for running job sites, leading crews, coordinating equipment, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within scope.
- Lead field crews and manage day-to-day job site operations
- Plan and coordinate projects (labor, equipment, scheduling, materials)
- Ensure all work meets safety, environmental, and company standards
- Troubleshoot issues in real time and keep projects moving
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers and teams
- Support estimating, job setup, and project tracking
- Assist with emergency response work as needed
- Train and mentor field employees
- Required: Experience in waste, environmental, industrial cleaning, or liquid/vac truck services
- Proven ability to lead crews and run job sites
- Strong knowledge of equipment, trucking, and field operations
- Ability to problem-solve quickly and adapt in the field
- CDL preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends
- Field-based and hands-on
- A mix of project management and on-site leadership
- Fast-paced, problem-solving, and team-driven
- Not a desk-only PM job
- Not for candidates without waste/industrial experience
