About Us:

We are currently seeking an experienced Dispatcher to coordinate field operations and ensure timely delivery of services in a fast-paced oilfield environment.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Schedule and dispatch crews, equipment, and trucks for field operations

•

Monitor job progress and adjust dispatch as needed to meet operational demands

•

Maintain accurate records of job assignments, crew hours, and equipment movement

•

Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and field personnel

•

Respond promptly to changes, delays, or emergencies in the field

•

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies

•

Update and track jobs in dispatching and reporting software (e.g., Computer Hands, Workhub)

•

Support logistics, inventory tracking, and coordination of third-party services when necessary

Qualifications:

•

Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience in oilfield or industrial services

•

Strong knowledge of oilfield equipment, terminology, and field operations

•

Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

•

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing priorities

•

Proficient with dispatch software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital reporting tools

•

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

•

Availability for on-call rotations, evenings, or weekends as required
