SUMMARY
Oil and Lubricant Sales Representative with commercial/industrial sales experience to cover a territory in Central and Southside Virginia. Customer and prospect call environments are heavy equipment and truck maintenance shops, quarries, excavating construction job sites, refuse companies, paving companies, and similar businesses.
DUTIES
•Act as the lubricant subject matter expert providing technical guidance to the internal Foster Fuels team and customers.
•Drive new and profitable lubricant business through cold calling, networking, internal and external leads, existing customers, and other associated methods.
•The individual will be responsible for closing new commercial/industrial based business.
•Responsible for meeting with current Transport Operations customers and prospective customers to solicit business and respond to inquiries.
•Understanding the needs of the business while also being a strong advocate of the customer
•Active participation in relevant business segment associations
•Developing, updating, maintaining, and communicating an aggressive growth plan
•Managing relationships with established customers with a new product line.
•Develop and propose customer solutions utilizing our product offerings.
•Salesforce for activity management and growth initiative
•Prepare information for customer specific requests, including role and scope of job, including margins and overall profitability.

•Must maintain active target customer accounts and prospect lines.
•Must have proficient skills in Microsoft Office.

•Self-motivated business professional capable of making independent decisions under pressure.
KEY CANDIDATE SKILLS
•3 to 5 years commercial sales experience in a Business-to-Business environment.
