Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell chemical products and solutions to clients in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the energy sector and industrial chemical applications, with a proven ability to drive business growth and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
•Identify and develop new business opportunities within the oil and gas sector.
•Manage and grow existing accounts by understanding customer needs and proposing tailored chemical solutions.
•Provide technical support and product recommendations for drilling, production, and refining processes.
•Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients in alignment with company policies.
•Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
•Collaborate with internal teams such as R&D, logistics, and technical service to ensure customer satisfaction.
•Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
•Qualifications:3+ years of sales experience with chemicals in the oil & gas industry.
•Strong knowledge of industrial and specialty chemicals used in upstream/midstream/downstream operations.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites and industry events.
