Job Title: Offshore Superintendent Location: GIS – GOA Job Type: Full-Time, Offshore

We are currently seeking an experienced Offshore Superintendent to oversee field operations, manage multi-disciplinary offshore teams, and ensure project execution is delivered safely, on time, and in line with client and company standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, deep offshore experience, and the ability to coordinate workflows across multiple departments.
- Oversee daily offshore operations, labor allocation, and work planning.
- Lead and supervise offshore staff including supervisors, foremen, and technical crews.
- Ensure all work is executed safely in accordance with regulatory and company HSE policies.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and progress with onshore management.
- Review work packs, drawings, permits, and ensure operational readiness.
- Conduct toolbox talks, audits, risk assessments & safety meetings.Report project progress, productivity, manpower, and material status.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, client expectations and operational standards.
- Support troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making during offshore activities.- Minimum 5+ years offshore leadership experience in Oil & Gas or Marine operations.
- Proven background as Offshore Superintendent / Supervisor / Offshore Construction Lead.
- Strong understanding of subsea, construction, mechanical, fabric maintenance, or drilling operations.
- HSE-focused mindset with ability to lead safe execution of works. Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and team coordination skills.

· Requires the ability to continuously work around any or all of the following: noise, dust, heat, cold, solvents, fumes and heavy equipment
· Requires constant standing, sitting, bending, crouching, walking, pulling, pushing, reaching, kneeling
· Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and/or evenings as necessary (based on project demands)
· Requires climbing up and down ladders, scaffolds and other objects
