The Operations Support Analyst ensures smooth operations by leveraging ERP systems and analytical tools to provide actionable insights, improve processes, and support cross-functional collaboration within a precision manufacturing environment. This role focuses on data accuracy, reporting, forecasting, and operational efficiency while providing administrative support as needed.
- Gather, clean, and structure data from ERP (Epicor) and other business systems.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or SQL to track performance metrics.
- Provide data-driven insights to support capacity planning, forecasting, and operational decision-making.
- Identify trends, process gaps, and opportunities for efficiency or cost savings.
- Accurately enter customer orders, quotes, and job details into Epicor ERP with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and shipping to ensure data integrity and process alignment.
- Support troubleshooting of ERP workflows, reporting issues, and system usage for internal stakeholders.
- Present analytical findings to leadership and department managers to support decision-making.
- Partner with operations, customer service, and leadership to streamline processes and improve reporting.
- Assist in building standardized procedures and documentation for operational workflows.
- Maintain organized records of communications, orders, and transactions.
- Support quoting processes, data compilation, and database creation.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations support, data analytics, or administrative support within a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, macros).
- Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate raw data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Frequent sitting, standing, and use of office equipment including computer and phone.

- Competitive pay: $20.00/hr – $30.00/hr (based on experience)
