Office / Service Station Attendant (Pilot Point, TX)

Our core businesses include residential and commercial propane deliveries throughout North Texas along with wholesale propane transport services, propane Autogas vehicular engine conversion services, and bulk propane refueling infrastructure installation services in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas.

Our family-owned operation has grown to be the largest propane provider in the North Texas area, and we are looking for hardworking, customer service-oriented individuals to join our team.

Position Duties:

- Politely engaging customers and provide propane refilling services for propane cylinders, RVs, and food trucks when customers bring them to our facility.

- Typically engaging 30-75 customers per day.

- Take customer fuel delivery orders over the phone.

- Repair cylinders for company and customer owned equipment.

- Manage various aspects of running an office: completing paperwork, maintaining office supplies, stocking shelf items, communicate with drivers about fuel deliveries, etc.

- Daily bank deposits.

Required Skills:

- Ability to lift heavy objects

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather & driving conditions

- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with existing and potential customers

- Flexibility to work outside of basic job description

- Excellent customer service skills

- Desire to succeed and advance in a team environment

Hours:

Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Saturdays 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (rotation for every other weekend 8 months of the year and typically every Saturday during the winter months).

Job Type: Full-time
