Reliable and detail-oriented Stockroom Clerk to support plant operations and maintenance. This role ensures the smooth handling, storage, and distribution of spare parts and consumables, while maintaining accurate inventory records and promoting a safe work environment.
- Receive, verify, and process incoming materials and supplies
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory using SAP and Excel
- Issue parts and consumables to plant personnel
- Support weekly cycle counts and annual inventory audits
- Keep the stockroom clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Monitor chemical levels and assist with replenishment
- Coordinate repair/return of equipment with suppliers
- Collaborate with procurement and maintenance teams
- Complete paperwork and assist with month-end/year-end reporting
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of experience in material handling, warehousing, or stockroom operations
- Previous maintenance experience preferred in parts or mechanical
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
