- Perform and manage daily service calls effectively.
- Diagnose technical issues, determine proper solutions and document these processes.
- Conduct light repairs on site.
- Follow Company procedures and protocols.
- Operate vehicle in a safe manner.
- Maintain good housekeeping at all job sites.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service equipment
- Mechanically inclined. Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.
- Field service experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
