Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient office management, supporting staff, and maintaining a productive work environment as well as assisting in human resources. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
•Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, vendor management, and facility coordination
•Manage schedules, meetings, and communications for leadership as needed
•Support budgeting and expense tracking
•Serve as the point of contact for IT, maintenance, and office services
•Assist with onboarding of employees
•Maintain and update employee records in HR systems
•Support benefits administration and employee inquiries
•Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and compliance documentation
Qualifications:
•Proven experience as an Office Manager, HR Assistant, or similar role
•Solid understanding of HR principles and employment laws
•Excellent organizational and time-management skills
•Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
•Proficiency in Microsoft
•HR certification (a plus but not required)
Education & Experience:
•3+ years of experience in office administration and human resources
