Position Summary:
As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Sales Admin Support Team. This team plays a crucial role in enabling the success of our sales professionals by handling administrative tasks, process coordination, and data management. You'll be the go-to leader for the team—ensuring efficient workflows, clear communication, and high performance.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage and provide leadership to the Sales Admin Support Team
•Oversee daily operations, workflow allocation, and task prioritization for the team
•Collaborate with sales leadership to understand support needs and set priorities accordingly
•Ensure timely and accurate processing of sales-related documentation, reports, and data entry
•Monitor KPIs and performance metrics for the support team
•Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and consistency
•Conduct regular team meetings, 1:1s, and provide coaching and development opportunities
•Liaise with cross-functional departments (HR, IT, Finance, Marketing) to support the sales function
•Support onboarding and training of new admin team members
•Handle general office management responsibilities (supply ordering, equipment coordination, etc.)
Qualifications:
•3+ years in an office management, team lead, or operations role—preferably in a sales or administrative support environment
•Strong leadership and team management skills with experience guiding small to mid-sized teams
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Sunbase, Notion)
•Excellent organizational, communication, and time management abilities
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
•High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
•Experience in process development or improvement is a plus
