As we grow, we’re seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Office Manager to support our operations and ensure efficient day-to-day business functions.

Position Summary
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative operations, coordinating communication across departments, and supporting project and leadership teams. You’ll be the organizational backbone of the company—ensuring smooth internal processes and helping create a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment for staff, clients, and vendors.
Responsibilities:
•Handle administrative operations for the office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
•Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment to ensure all departments have necessary materials.
•Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing calendars for senior management.
•Maintain filing systems, databases, and digital records to ensure easy access to information.
•In charge of incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries, directing them as needed.
•Process incoming and outgoing mail and other office correspondence.
•Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed for management and clients.
•Coordinate and oversee the onboarding of new hires and assist with HR tasks as needed.
•Track and maintain office expenses within budget.
•Ensure office safety compliance, including managing safety protocols and organizing training sessions.
•Handle additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications:
•3+ years of experience in office management or administrative support.
•Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Epicor, Google Workspace).
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to manage and handle confidential information with discretion.
•Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus but not required.
•High school diploma required; a degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
•Tech-savvy and comfortable using a variety of office technologies and systems.
•Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
