Job Overview We are a growing HVAC and fuel delivery company . Our office team plays a vital role in scheduling, billing, customer support, and daily operations. We’re seeking an Office Manager who can balance leadership, organization, and customer care—especially during our busiest seasons.
Collaborate with sales and field teams for seamless service delivery
Assist with business development and customer retention efforts
Supervise office staff, providing training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
Manage human resources functions including employee onboarding, training, and compliance with company policies.
Implement effective filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
3+ years of office management or administrative experience
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or fuel delivery industries preferred
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
Seasonal Workload Bonus: Additional $3,000/month (for 4–5 months of peak season) to cover extended workload (~55–60 hr weeks)
Performance Bonus: Additional $2,000/month when sales and service goals are met
