This is a non-management position that supports daily operations through accuracy, organization, and reliable execution of assigned responsibilities.
· Schedule and coordinate customer appointments through inbound and outbound phone calls in a professional and efficient manner
· Enter, update, and maintain accurate customer and job information across multiple systems
· Manage daily priorities while responding to interruptions, ensuring required work remains on schedule
· Process limited customer payments over the phone accurately and securely
· Monitor contract timelines and ensure required steps are completed within established timeframes
· Communicate professionally with customers, including addressing concerns or complaints and escalating when appropriate
· Provide general office support to help maintain consistent and timely workflow
· Previous office, administrative, scheduling, or customer service experience preferred
· Demonstrated ability to maintain focus, follow established processes, and meet deadlines
· High level of accuracy in data entry and documentation
· Professional phone presence and written communication skills
· Comfort working with multiple software systems and structured workflows
· Ability to work productively with others in a small office environment
