Northeast Regional Field Manager

The_ Regional Field Manager_ is responsible for managing a team of field supervisors and overseeing the quality and consistency of the delivery of Janitorial Services to clients throughout the following states: NY, PA, NJ, OH, IN, IL, MI and others as needed. This individual teams with the Senior Director of Operations and Director Regional Manager, to achieve optimal performance of the field team and exceed client expectations. Travel will be more than 75% of the individuals' monthly schedule.
