Regional Field Marketing Manager - Jacksonville
Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to set in-home customer consultation appointments by generating quality leads for bathroom remodeling services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
•Manages and oversees the lead generation efforts for multiple territories within big box stores.
•Assigns and manages specific store territories to the lead generation team, ensuring that all stores within the territory are being effectively covered.
•Monitors and tracks lead performance by territory and provides regular reports to the Director of Business Development.
•Collaborates with store managers and associates within assigned territories to establish and maintain positive relationships, and to ensure that all store-specific lead generation goals are met.
•Works with the sales team to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies for each store within the assigned territory.
•Regularly visits stores within the assigned territory to provide coaching and support to the sales team, and to assess the effectiveness of lead generation efforts in-store.
•Meets or exceeds established productivity goals by generating quality appointments for Love Your Bath bathroom remodeling services through the leadership and management of a lead generation team.
•Keeps accurate records and data of leads generated, appointments scheduled, and other relevant information in the company's CRM software.
•Participates in regular training and development sessions to stay up to date on Love Your Bath's services, policies, and procedures, as well as industry developments and trends, and lead the sales team to do the same.
•Collaborates with the marketing team to provide feedback on promotional materials and strategies, as well as to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
•Directly supervises field sales representatives. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
•Responsibilities include interviewing, training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience:
•High school diploma or equivalent and 2-3 years of sales, retail or field marketing preferred.
•5 years of management experience preferred.
•Must be able to stand for a long period of time and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
