About the Role: Field Manager – North Region

As a Field Manager, you’ll be the eyes and ears of our operation in the field. You’ll ensure installations run smoothly, customers are thrilled with the results, and our installer teams meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism. Your leadership will directly impact customer satisfaction, team performance, and the continued success of our company as we grow.

What You'll Do

Conduct regular jobsite visits (Tues–Thurs) to oversee installations and ensure company standards are upheld.

Accompany and mentor new installers on their first day to set them up for success.

Perform post-installation inspections (Mon/Fri), identify issues, and ensure timely resolutions to keep homeowners happy.

Complete and submit detailed installer observation scorecards that help us coach our teams and improve processes.

Track collections per job, ensure all paperwork (e.g., signed change orders) is completed, and help coordinate with internal teams.
