Our People Division is growing, and we are looking for an Autonomous Haulage System (AHS) Learning Management System (LMS) Specialist to support our Mine Automation Group. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, operational environment where priorities evolve alongside autonomous deployment.
The AHS LMS Specialist will work closely with trainers, operators, maintenance personnel, technical teams, and site leadership to ensure training systems accurately reflect the realities of autonomous operations. This role is responsible for maintaining training records, managing document control, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that workforce qualifications align with site requirements. The Specialist will play a key role in supporting compliance, tracking competencies, and driving continuous improvement to ensure the autonomous workforce is prepared, qualified, and audit-ready always.

- Manage AHS documents within the Document Control Library.
- Assist in managing active Training Purchase Orders (POs).
- Plan and facilitate meetings, direct and track progress of training team action items.
- Collaborate with multiple work groups across and outside the division, including miners, technicians, technical/support staff, supervisors, and management.
- Support the development and implementation of competency-based training programs and materials.
- Manage and maintain the AHS Training Schedule.
- Audit and review training courses, materials, and programs to drive continuous improvement.
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure regulatory compliance, meet competency requirements, and optimize operational efficiency.
- Participate in aligning site initiatives with operational excellence objectives.
- Audit training data for accuracy and completeness; generate reports to support compliance, audits, and leadership decision-making.
- Configure, build, and maintain skills, qualifications, forms, and session structures within the training system to support site-specific compliance and operational needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Five (5) years of experience in construction, mining or heavy equipment industry (Preferred) Experience with SAP (Preferred)
- Proven attention to detail with a high level of accuracy required
- Proven experience working in LMS Systems (Required)
- Proven experience in working with peer groups and focus teams required
- Ability to Manage NGM Document Control Site and Documents (Required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Required)
- Excellent leadership skills and knowledge of influencing others (Required)
- Ability to promote safety in training and lead by example (Required)
- Competent computer skills including Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook (Required)
- Proven safe work record (Required)

About The Team
