As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and well-connected New Business Development Specialist to help drive our expansion and forge new connections in both residential and commercial markets

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and connected New Business Development Specialist to identify and cultivate new business opportunities across Middle Tennessee. This role is focused on setting up and leading discovery meetings with local home builders, real estate agents, and insurance professionals. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in business development within these industries and brings an existing book of business to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities via networking, cold calling, and referrals to grow the company’s customer base.

Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with property developers, insurance agents, contractors, real estate agents, and other key stakeholders.

Market Outreach: Participate in local industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to increase visibility and brand awareness.

Sales Reporting: Track lead generation performance, pipeline growth, and conversion metrics, and provide regular reports to leadership.

Customer Engagement: Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

* Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management * Existing relationships with home builders, real estate agents, and insurance professionals in Middle Tennessee * Proven ability to generate leads and close partnership opportunities * Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently * Strong local market knowledge and network in the construction and real estate industries
