We are seeking an energetic and strategic National Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives across multiple regions. Duties

- Develop and implement national sales strategies aligned with company goals to maximize revenue growth and market share.

- Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse sales team across territories, ensuring consistent performance and professional development.

- Drive business development efforts through proactive lead generation, cold calling, and networking to identify new B2B sales opportunities.

- Oversee account management activities, nurturing long-term relationships with key clients and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

- Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs.

- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze data for insights, and optimize territory management strategies.

- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support inside and outside sales efforts.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.

- Analyze sales metrics regularly to evaluate team performance, forecast future sales trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Manage territory assignments effectively, ensuring balanced workload distribution and coverage for maximum outreach.


Skills

- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, and territory management with a track record of exceeding targets.

- History in the roofing and or solar industry.

- Strong management skills with the ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.

- Expertise in business development techniques including lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales approaches.

- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.

- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer-centric approach to account management.

- Knowledge of marketing principles relevant to technology or product-based industries for effective promotion strategies.

- Strong analysis skills to interpret sales data, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions.

- Exceptional communication skills for delivering compelling product demos and building rapport with clients.
