The National Fuel Sales Representative will be assigned a base of existing customers in which they will be expected to maintain and grow sales volume and gross profit. They will also work closely with other sales team members to manage the sales and relationships of these accounts. This is a revenue generating position that interacts daily with customers / prospects and a variety of employees. A strong sense of organization and self-motivation is required. This person will be expected to organize, manage, and develop relationships with customers and prospects. They will gain knowledge of the industry, products, and services. This position will represent and communicate Heritage Petroleum products, services, policies, procedures, and programs to the customer/prospect.

- Manage the sales process from cash to close.
- Gather and provide technical information to customers / carriers.
- Maintain and record CRM activities.
- Prepare and build quotes.
- Monitor fuel levels and initiate orders on keep fill tanks.
- Submit orders from customers, or as directed by NFS Reps, to the Dispatch and/ or Client Support Teams.
- Enter prices daily into the back-office system.
- Monitor Sales Reports to ensure GP and Gallon accuracy.
- Create and deliver qualified opportunities for the Lubricant Manager, and the DEF Sales Specialists.
- Continued product and general skills education.
- Function within the guidelines of the Heritage Petroleum Employee Handbook and Mission Statement.
- Other duties as requested.
