Multiskilled Foreman / Leader

We're looking for an experienced Foreman / Leader to be a foundational member of our team, someone who is not just a supervisor, but a problem-solver, detail-oriented, multi-skilled craftworker who is able to mentor and shape our new entity culture. Your Role & Impact

As a Foreman/Leader at Tekton, you will be instrumental in our success. You'll initially focus on leading a crew in our burgeoning data center sector, specializing in Unistrut bolting and frame installation from mobile lift platforms. You will also be leading traditional Rough and finish carpentry crews, and the ideal candidate is flexible, reliable and adaptable o all of these markets:
