Foreman/Supervisor

Responsibilities:
•
Read and interpret construction drawings
•
Manage a small in-house crew and coordinate with subcontractors
•
Perform layout and structural framing
•
Coordinate daily tasks and site logistics
•
Communicate with GC and handle inspections as needed
Requirements:
•
5+ years of framing and residential construction experience
•
2+ years of supervisory or foreman experience
•
Ability to read blueprints and handle layout
•
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Skills:
•
Familiarity with roofing, siding, and trim
•
Experience coordinating MEPs and trades on jobsite
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
•
8 hour shift
•
Day shift
•
Monday to Friday
